weekends are bad because ther is no structure to them and all you friends want to cut lose. my only suggestion is to continue to work out on Sat morn and allow yourself a free meal in the evening and eat light and healthy breakfast and lunch. Maybe by knowing you get the freebie sat night you can be good the rest of the week. good luck0

Youre not a fat pig first off...stope beating yourself up as a start:flowerforyou: The best thing is to treat a weekend day like its ANY OTHER day. No slacking, and even if temptation surmounts take the lesser of the evils..like you go out with friends and you go for drinks. Vodka and diet alternate with diet or even water. You go out to eat start with a plain jane salad...no goofy add ons...just make the healthiest choices from the menu(chains post calorie counts) and make informed decisions...0

I definitely have this problem as well. I think the biggest thing that has helped me is treating my self, just a little, throughout the week. Maybe pick a night during the week to have a little comfort food, and be sure to use portion control. If structure helps you, try planning your meals over the weekend throughout the week...if you know what and when you are eating, it may help you stay more on track throughout the weekend.0

you know what i do, k so if i lose 2lbs a week or even more, then i treat myself once on weigh in day with the fattiest , greasiest or sweetest thing i want so it curves my cravings and i dont crave it the rest of the week0

and one more thing...you are NOT a failure!!!! the most important thing is to believe in yourself. if you believe that you can do this, then you will.0

I don't know if you have a set day you weigh on, but I weigh on a Sunday and I find that helps with the weekends because on Saturday I think "ok, its weigh in tomorrow and I've been so good all week I'll just get through today otherwise it'll be wasted!"
Then you only have to get through Sunday ...0 -
This was totally my problem for the longest time ever (and sometimes still) Do you log on the weekends? I didn't EVER log, but now when I do - I'm getting better at not indulging SO bad. I'm trying to work out also at least ONCE during the weekend...
I've also found that setting some short term goals for myself help me stay on track.. even one goal a week. I try and not look at the big picture and take it one day at a time. As always best of luck0
