Distracting me from hunger pains!
I work from home. I find it particularly hard to lose weight this way. The fridge is so close to me and with me watching my son at home on top of work can be frustrating. My husband works late hours. Cardio?
How do you add more cardio in to your workout? I do cardio class on Monday and Friday, Pump on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Zumba on Wednesday. Burning about 2200 a week at the least. But I want to add more walking.
