Distracting me from hunger pains!

I work from home. I find it particularly hard to lose weight this way. The fridge is so close to me and with me watching my son at home on top of work can be frustrating. My husband works late hours. I find myself really feeling the hunger pains around 6 and 10 pm. What are your secrets to breaking through that feeling. I almost feel hungry, but my calories counting reminds me, that this is my mind and body playing with me! So you guys what is your distraction!

    Drink water, chew gum or find something to distract me.

    I still haven't bought gum! But i keep wishing everyday I had gum! Water is great! Love me some water!
