Phase One of South Beach!

I just started phase one of South Beach, was wondering if anyone has any recipes for salad dressings!

    I recently just started as well (about 3 days ago) and I use just a dash of olive oil and a dash of vinegar.

    Olive oil and vinegar for sure! SOOO yummy. I have been on this site for about a month now (actively at least lol) and haven't been losing despite LOTS of exercise. I finally realized I had to clean up my eating. I lost almost 30 pounds last year by following South Beach. It's reasonable and requires that you eat, so I will be starting back up tomorrow since I was finally able to go grocery shopping. Let me know how it goes for your! I'm looking forward to finally seeing the scale move.

    I am not starting till Monday! I have for the last few days tried phase one, but my sugar keeps dropping from no carbs and no sugar! I don't know what I am going to do because I can feel my self getting sleepy, but I know I can do it! Look forward to sharing recipes with you!
