I had an egg this morning...... it had TWO yolks!! I was quite happy because I like things out of the ordinary (my usual eggs have 1 yolk!) but then realized I would have to up the calories from 70kcals an egg to around 150kcals!!! Anyone ever seen a triple yolk?

I've found myself eating LESS fresh food (for example home made stir fry.... I will buy the veg pre cut up in a container) so I can calorie count more accurately.... Is this bad???
