This may sound easy but i've been stuck at 139lbs for 4weeks now. I lost 10lbs very easily and I didn't exercise at all really!!

I want to loose another 4lbs by the 9th of July. I was stuck at 143lbs for 3 weeks before and when i gave up with tracking everything on MFP 4lbs fell off in two weeks.

This week I have stated to up my game.... drinking at least 2L of water a day, Swimming for 80mins once a week, 60min brisk walk every day.... started jogging (only a few mins because i've never jogged before!)

My diary is open.... I am open to criticisms and suggestions!

Little about me:
Weight: 139lbs
Height: 5ft 7
Size: UK 10 on top, 12 on bottom
Calorie Goal: 1200

also, I don't do much normal everyday activity

You're actually bang in the middle of the healthy weight range for your height. Are you sure you want to lose more? Perhaps you could concentrate on weight training that would not only drop inches but burn more calories at rest.

I know you're having a go at running, but don't force yourself to do something you hate. You could add HIIT intervals to your swimming - go as fast as you possibly can for a length or two then recover and repeat.

If you do decide to do running, as I said before, decent shoes and C25K are the way to go. Even right at the beginning, 30-second run intervals build up to minutes over a session!

I'm aiming to lose 4lbs by 23 July, but I really need to, plus the other stone and a half!

I want to go down to 9st 4 - I am not happy with the weight I am, i feel flubby and fat in places.... (namely my tummy, hips and bum!) I'm a total pear shape with NO bust at all and no weight on my arms.

I might step up swimming a notch - go twice a week....

If I was to do weight training - what do I do?!?! I've never done it before?!

Check out the second link in my signature for a great strength training program. I was actually going to recommend strength training to you, but even better that you are already thinking about it.

Are you eating your exercise calories? because you may not be eating enough.

don't be. The website I suggested contains how-to's for all of their lifts along with do's and don'ts. You will start out light so that you learn the correct form and movement for each. Don't be afraid to ask the gym personnel to critique your technique or to ask for a spotter. Lastly, you are stronger than you think you are.
