Hi everyone! I have a question for all of you! I really want to start noticing muscle toning going on yet I feel like it's never going to happen if I don't hit the gym...so my question is this: will my muscles get toned just by swimming and going to my zumba classes or do I have to go to the gym? i´m back baby
i'd started using this about two years ago but after dropping the pounds i dropped mfp as well, now, i feel like the weight might be creeping back and before it does i want to stop it. i've started exercising more intensely again and i've been watching what i eat. let's hope mfp works as well as it did before. i don´t know…

lactose intolerant
how do i know if i'm lactose intolerant? lately i've been having stomach discomfort after eating what i presume is dairy...although, could it be flour or gluten?

cold weather cravings
i dont know if anyone else has this problem, when it gets chilly outside (especially if it's rainy) i start getting really hungry ( i live in mexico so i'm not used to the cold) and i start eating foods packed with carbs yet i don't feel more satisfied. does anyone have a good snack that works in cold weather?

i started out and even though i do want to change my body i'm not in the mood yet, i have changed my eating habits but i have not gone back to exercising regularly. will i see changes in my body anyways? (how did you guys start exercising again?)
