OH SO GOOD...yet not really

i have good and bad things to share, i'll go with the bad first...

i fell off the horse completely. i went on vacation and didn't have access to internet so i didn't log anything, i tried to eat healthily but i might have failed miserably since the resort had unlimited access to food. and i also have logged anything for the past few days. i hate logging, even though it helps a lot, so i think i'm putting it off until the last minute!! it sucks!!

the good news now! someone noticed about my lost weight! i hadn't even noticed and a GUY friend did! it's silly but it surely made me feel great!

    there is no better way to get back on the wagon than for people to hold you accountable...and now you kinda are, n ow that people are noticing!

    I did the same thing on vacation which was a 7 week cross country trip---I was pleased that I only gained 4 pounds and took that as a positive.

    Back on track now! Just keep it up! :bigsmile:
