Is eating soon after exercise important and why?
Ok so when I exercise it usually has the effect of killing my appetite for a couple of hours but I keep seeing posts that it's important to eat within 30 mins of exercise. Is this true and if so why? Surely my (overweight) body has enough reserves to draw on already?

'Cleaner' snack ideas

MFP says my BMR is 1,399 My calorie allowance (based on 1lb a week loss) is 1,390 Surely a 9 cal deficit isn't enough?
