Insanity Recovery Week?

Wasn't sure whether to post this here or nutrition but hey ho.
My Insanity recovery week starts Sunday, I can't find anything about calorie intake during that week. Do I keep it the same as month one or drop it down as I won't be (I assume) working as hard?

I would keep it the same. When Shawn T says "recovery", it's not what you'd normally think of. It's by no means easy - you'll still be working hard.
I had a similar question when I was approaching my recovery week and someone said to me, "Don't let the term "recovery" fool you. It is Shaun T's way of torturing you at a slower rate." She was very right.0 -
i just net my goal, so i am eating slightly less from having less exercise calories to eat back.
your allotted cals for insanity is still probably less than your TDEE, so eating the same amount wont make you put on weight.0 -
I'd keep it the same. Keep your body fueling the same way as it has been. I'm in recovery week now, it's not an "easy" workout. I'm soaked in sweat after just as any other workout.0
