Small goal reached and proud of planning

It's my birthday today and 12 weeks ago I said I'd like to lose 1.5 stone/21lbs by my birthday, I did it! :happy:

Also, just because it's my birthday I don't want to go overboard so I had friends round for lunch, cooked a low cal thai curry and made low cal cake and I've planned what I'm having tonight from the take away and drinking Pimms and diet lemonade as it's a long low cal drink.

I have cals to spare, I never thought I'd say that on my birthday, normally I'd eat and drink loads and think 'sod the diet', now I just think I don't want to undo my hard work and food's not that big a deal in any case.
