Day 5: And its actually getting slightly easier
Just completed day 5.... I just couldn't NOT do it after committing to the challenge... All the Pain and Tenderness has gone... And I compketed 30 reps of all the exercises EXCEPT the Heels to the Heavens (20) & The Roll up V up (16)... Took me about 20 min to complete the exercises today... I have the mindset that I don't…

Day 4:Complete
The pain is finally starting to fade, but the ab challenge is still challenging... I'm still on 25 reps and its still taking me a munimum of 30 minutes to complete all 25reps... I hope to have increased my reps AND shaved some of these minutes off by the end of the week... We shall see...

Day 3: Stuggling
My entire core area is sooooo SORE ... I'm really stuggling through these exercises 2day, but I refuse to be defeated. I can already tell that 2days challenge probably won't be done in one sitting :-\ ... BUT it will get done....Will update whn finished!!!

Day 2: Done
Woke up and decided to make this ab workout one of the 1st things on my to do list... I still was only able to do the 25 reps (with breaks in between), but I'm looking forward to building a stronger core.

First Day Completed
I was able to do 25 reps of each of the exercises, but with some breaks in between(definitely felt the burn)... It took me about 25-30 minutes to complete all the exercises also...
