The weights were supposed to help with toning some muscles while you walked... It shouuld have gotten a little easier the by wk 3.... It didn't necessarily slow me down... Just winded…

  • Hey Everyone, It's really good to see fellow committed walkers... I continued on my 2 mile walk today with 2lb weights straped to each of my wrists... Kept my arms pumping to maximize the benefits if the weights... I'm starting to see a difference in my body.... I'm excited about the changes in.my body :-)

  • Ok.... So I just did 2 miles.... I did initially say that I was gonna start off doing 3 miles but I had to really reconsider that being that this is a 6 day a wk challenge... Whatever I started with, I wanted to maintain for the duration of that week... But DAY ONE is done and I am feeling REALLY Good about It :-)
