Number crunching, need some advice please.
I have been checking over my results for the last three weeks and my average daily calorie intake is between 950 and 1000. is this too low? I am attempting 16/8 with two days a week at only 5-600 cals. The remainder of the week is aprox 1300 calories per day (Tdee - 20%). I do eat back part of my exercise calories most…

Happy Friday, Week 3 Last week 136.2 This week 133.8 Yeah! loss 2.4 This feels good. Ironically I have been making sure that I sticking closer to my given calories. I did a quick check over the previous 3 weeks and I was netting less than 950 calories per day. Oh and I have been doing the 30DS. Have a good week everyone

Happy week 2 Ah well me first. Gain 1lb CW136.2 What can I say? I do know why and was lucky it didn't happen last week as well. I am looking and feeling a little bloated. Good news is that I have lost another 1/2 inch each from my hips and thigh. Hope everyone is doing well. Good luck for this next week

IF, exercise and eating back calories
This is my day 1 fast day, will probably do 5/2. have also done some excercise today. So should I be eating back those calories? Any ideas please? Thanks

My skin feels like crepe paper!
Its hot, its humid, I am drinking my water, I use moisturiser daily, a number of times a day but these last few days my skin feels like............. I even had to buy a lotion yesterday when I was out as it felt so bad. Any ideas anyone? Thank you.

Eating back calories
I am sure this will have been posted before. I am quite new here and enjoy reading the different articles and responses. Lately I am a little concerned when it is being stressed that calories or at least some of them should be eaten back. Does this mean that I should be doing this actually on the exercise day. Thank you

Am I going daft!
Weighed in today and am chuffed to bits managed to lose 3 pounds. BUT, I have just checked my BMR on mfp it has increased my daily calorie allowance by 35 cals??????? Should be happy on both counts, I just dont get it!
