Ha! I cannot believe we are almost there! I have to say this past 100 days have been busy. I continued to moved even when I didn't feel like it. I'm not sure about the days...I think we are officially on 98th today with the 24th of Sept. being the last day. I'm not sure. Have a great moving day all!!!!

I am planning on doing quite a bit of walking. My daughter is playing soccer in the first tournament of the season. The in between time will be spent walking in the hot sun. Keep moving everyone! We began this journey 76 days ago. I hope you all are benefiting as much as I am.

Feeling so much better..It's took a few days to recover from the migraine. I had severe eye pain and my head just feels tender. However, I am feeling outstanding now. ..I celebrated my daughter's birthday with a slice of cake but I didn't have guilt because of my activity. I plan on getting my steps in. Have a great day…
