cheese on pizzas
I hardly ever eat pizzas but when I do, because I don't like cheese, I order them without. How many calories do you reckon I save by not having cheese on an 11inch pizza?

What's your slightly obscure new favourite part of your body
Mine's my collar bones (as in I have them now) and my shoulders ....used to cover them up. All the time I've been losing weight I've been targeting the usual most hated parts ....legs, tum etc, this is a very welcome little bonus. *heads on over to clothes sites to shop for revealing tops* ;)

Wardrobe full of clothes and still nothing to wear.
I suppose that it's a success story that I now have lots of clothes that are too big for me ....but I can't really afford new ones, especially as I intend to lose more weight. I have some pretty nice clothes that seem a shame to throw away. Anyone looking to sell/buy second hand clothes? I thought it might be an idea…

Expensive NSV
Sorry to my MFP 'friends' who already know this, but I'm just too chuffed with myself... I haven't been snowboarding since I had jaw surgery 9 weeks ago. Tonight I went back, wearing 2 belts. Didn't think to try on my ONLY pair (only because they cost more than £100) of boarding trousers until 5 minutes before my lift was…

Thread vein treatment Uk
I have a small patch of thread veins on one calf, it's only over an area about 2x2 inch but it is quite unsightly. Has anyone had theirs treated? I know you can have them injected but was looking for some advice from anyone who had had it done

Random, er, sweat question
I was always amazed (and somewhat revolted) how men seem to sweat from everywhere. I started training with my brother and best mate and couldn't believe their arms sweated - of all places?! I just sweated on my head (I have very thick, long hair with a fringe) and on my back, and I made those guys sit on their towels in my…

Another question about protein shots (UK)
Ok, I'm trying to increase my protein intake in my normal diet but would like to supplement on days that I do weights/ circuit training. I cannot tolerate the powder shakes, I just can't do it, they make me vomit. I've seen the bars but they look too high in carbs and or fat for me to consider. Protein shots look to be the…

Big breasted ladies please help - what would you do?
I wear a 32/34GG (UK) bra so as you would expect, my girls need a lot of support while working out. I have a Shock Absorber D+ Max impact level 4 bra in a 34GG which I had professionally fitted a couple of months ago. This bra fits like a dream when I first put it on and holds my boobs so securely to my chest I considered…

How fast do you run?
I'm working up to outdoor running; still on a treadmill at the moment. My comfortable running/jogging speed is 8.8km/hr ....I just can't seem to build up anymore speed without shortening my workout. I can't help but feel like I'm really slow (my brother does 13km/hr). Sometimes I do interval jogging with spurts of…

I need Blake Lively's personal trainer!!
Come on now MFP peeps ....please share your exercises for slender legs. I have muscular calves but fatty thighs. Now I'm building muscle, but under the hefty blanket of fat ...result - massive legs. How do I shift this fat while toning???

No solid food for 12 weeks!
I am having my jaw broken next week which means 3 months of a near enough liquid diet. I am happy to live off soups but see my diet significantly lacking in protein - how can I boost it?

What is P90X?
I hear a lot of talk about it but don't quite know what it is, would somebody please explain?

Help - post surgery recipes?
I am going to be having maxillofacial surgery at the beginning of June (having my jaw broken) and won't be able to eat solid food for 12 weeks afterwards. That doesn't really concern me as I'm not altogether that fussed about food but I don't want to lose too much weight in that 3 month period (obviously I'd like to keep…

Cups
Measurements in the food database are so frustrating to me. I appreciate that most of the people using this site are Americans, and I have nothing against you ....just your cups! Well I don't particularly have any fondness for English cups, I just wish they could be the same. Why can't measurements be the same worldwide so…

Bringin sexy back
Call me strange but I've always had a thing about nice backs, I've looked at slim, toned women in backless dresses and felt envious. Even when I was slim I still had some plumpness to mine :( can anybody suggest some exercises for toning the back, without adding bulk to the shoulders?

Constantly needing to pee!
Yeah that's it. Just felt like a whinge about the whole 8 cups a day thing. I now spend half my day in the loo. Fine when you're at home, but when you're out on a hack, mid work-out or stood in theatre - not good! Rant over :)

How much sugar??
So, I long ago worked out that the reason I have piled on the pounds is because of the sudden and vast increase in the amount of sugar I am consuming. My staple diet is sound, can't fault it much, but what do midwives use as fuel? Sweets, and biscuits, and chocolate, and white bread etc. I was also gutted to need my first…

Is less more?
Eating too much isn't my problem, apparently eating too little is.... Ignoring the days when I'm at work and eat little more than a handful of chocolates and a slice of toast, I just don't have an appetite! I eat breakfast and then all of a sudden it's 6pm and I think 'hmmm, maybe I should consider cooking some tea' which…
