Quick Question
Every time I try to do a sit up or crunch or stomach exercise i can't hold my stomach tight it's hard. I end up strain myself. Is it because I don't have enough strength there or muscle? Any suggestions?

Stupid new scale.
It says i’m 147lbs =n= the old one says im 144-145lbs. I want OUT of the 140s i’ve been trying so hard omfdfksjdgkdsgf get off me fat. and pms isnt helping at all. Right before my pms it said i was 143! :( ugh wtf. hopefully it'll change after pms. I've been working so hard.

So I have this scale I've been using since i started, ive had it for about two years. Yesterday I bought a new one to see the difference and the old one says (this morning) I'm 145 and the new one says i'm 147... The new one also calulates body fat and water. I started to work out again on wednesday. On friday and saturday(today) I all a sudden after working out i was craving sugar and salt....Why is this happening? I end up having what i was craving but in portion size and calorie wise. why am i craving them all of a sudden.
