Stupid new scale.

It says i’m 147lbs =n= the old one says im 144-145lbs. I want OUT of the 140s i’ve been trying so hard omfdfksjdgkdsgf get off me fat. and pms isnt helping at all. Right before my pms it said i was 143! :( ugh wtf. hopefully it'll change after pms. I've been working so hard.

    Dont stress...PMS might be whats causing it. I got discouraged the other day cause out of no where I gained like 6lbs...after AF I went back to normal

    Don't fret. I'm sure it will come off soon after PMS. You gain water and gas during the process. That's why Midol and the other OTC meds have a diuretic in them.

    oh they do? I've only used midol once, i use ibuprofen and i dont think we have it in canada?

    I'm sorry, Midol isn't the one that has a diuretic in it, Pamprin is. I don't know if Pamprin is available in Canada.
