One of my favorite workout DVD's is JM3DS . I've down it once 30days then a month or two later i did it for 15 days and i'm starting it again but im not sweating as i used to be. Does that mean I need to switch to a new workout? or something?

So I bought a MIO watch to count calories and I did my workout and I only burned 151.. and so if i do that everyday im still no where close enough to lose a pound… I thinking about starting running or swimming for an hour. What do you guys think? or any other workout that burns 500?

I think I hurt my leg.
I've done JM 30 day shred months before and i was fine after the third day. But now my whole left leg is very stiff and I have a little bruise on my shin.

I'm about to give up...
I finally got back on track and i've been working out and eating better for the past 3 weeks. But now all I feel is bloated the past two weeks, and i went back up...I'm sure it's just period weight but ugh i feel horrible. I can't eat without feeling extremely bloated. I drink 1.5l-2l of water a day.
