I’m doing jump rope in sections because I can’t do it all at once. OMG you don’t realize how crappy your lungs and heart function is @w@ i need to improve this.

PLAN

-burn 500 a day

Improve cardio with jump rope.

-JUMP ROPE UNTIL I DIE OMFG.

I love it though it’s amazing.


Anyone want to join :)? I'm going to do jump rope till i cut time off my 45 minutes and burn 500 calories quicker.
