I'm currently on level 2 on day 3 :D~. In level one my thighs were sore till day 7 like they were tight. Now it's my lower abs? ( i dont know what they're called.) are tight and sore is it a pulled muscle or just a body shock thing?

  • I just did day 1 of Level 2, and my lower abs are really sore! I think level 2 just works abs way more than level 1... which is good to switch up muscle groups!
