How is this even possible in a month? I cant even do that in a year.... my problem area is my stomach in the front on the bottom. I am currently doing JM Fat banish video. I want to be fit and strong. I need to get rid of my stomach get off!! tips please any thing in how she got there so fat?

I know that boxers and MMA fighters can shed 20-30 pound in just a day or two before weigh-ins, by spending all day in a sauna bundled up in a sweatsuit, consuming only bits of water and only leaving the sauna for extreme push-up breaks, then back into the sauna they go. Not that it's a healthy way to go, but a very obsessed person could have done this I think.0
