sleeping habits

I really want to get up early, but every time I try i can't. I usually go to bed at 2am and get up at 11am. I want to go to bed at 11pm and get up at 9 or 8. Any suggestions?

I have a trick that works for me when I have a 9am lecture. Drink a 500ml bottle of water at around 10:30pm, then go to bed around 11pm. Set your alarm for 7:45am. (Wake up to press snooze if you like) But if your any thing like me you'll be dying to pee so damn bad that a lie in until 11am goes out the window. :laugh:0
