Too much water making me bloated?

I drink 1.5 or 2L a day. Yesterday i forgot to drink my daily intake of water and i felt like a lost like 10pounds all night. Could i be drinking to much?

Certainly this is not too much water- but you will find that if you consume a set amount of water for a long period of time, if you dehydrate yourself you really get a "sucked in" type of look and see it on this scale. Your sodium intake can also be a big factor. Until you start hitting 2+ gallons a day of water intake, there is no real need to be concerned about too much pure water.0

At 1.5 you aren't even reaching your daily intake goal or water. 8 - 10 cups a day.0
