Working out while sick?
I've been trying to push through with this recent cold/flu, but I just have NO energy and feel like crap anyhow, so this week I've only worked out about half as much as I'd like to. Do you take time off when your sick or just push through?

I've still got 3 weeks left of the C25K program, and really want to stick with it 3 days a week. What workout routines are you doing in conjunction with running? Have done JM 30DS, thinking about doing Rushfit since he has 2-3 days cardio already worked in. Suggestions?

Over 100 cal difference between MFP and HRM
I just got my Polar FT4 HRM today, and used it on my evening jog for the first time. Up to this point my cal guesstimate on MFP has only been about 250 cal for 30 min jog/walk. According to my HRM today, I burned 383! Now I'm really confused cause I thought most people said MFP overestimated cal burn.

mowing lawn IS a workout!!
A couple years ago we finally got ourselves a self-propelled mower, and I have always taken advantage of making that chore easier on myself. Today it dawned on me that if I didn't use that little lever, I was working A LOT harder. Any one choose to do this too for that extra calorie burn??
