Had one heck of a week, Restarting tomorrow!

I started changing my diet and exercise habits the middle of May. So far I have done really well with both, allowing myself to have things I really crave in small portions when it's possible, or an extra rest day when I'm truly exhausted. My goal has been not only to lose weight and be in better shape, but to create a better lifestyle, but one that is liveable for me. This past week visits with old friends got me started on the bad road and my "just one night out" somehow turned into 5 full days of exercise and horrible eating. So bad I couldn't even log them!! Thank goodness monday is here tomorrow and I'm so ready to get back in the saddle.
