No change and gaining weight!?!

So I've been working out and eating better since May, adjusting things here and there as needed. The past 2 weeks I have actually been gaining weight, but haven't had any major changes recently. I upped my calories to 1400 from 1200 Sept 3. I usually have a decent cheat meal each week that will put me a good 1,000+ calories over for a day, but I haven't even done that the past 2 1/2 weeks. Still same work out routine (on last week of Rushfit now). And it doesn't seem to be water weight (usually a drastic overnight change either way I know is water) cause it's slowly creeping up each day. I've only got 2.4, well, 3.8 lbs to go until I reach goal, but I want to see that # go down. And I haven't done official measurements, but I did a quick check this past week and measurements are pretty close to last months too. WTH?

I wouldn't worry too much at this stage. This happened to me many times - I could go weeks with no loss and 2-3 weeks of gains despite no change in diet or physical activity. This would then be followed by losses again.
If it's still going up in 2 weeks time then maybe you need to consider dropping back down to 1200 or burning an extra 200.
I understand how irritating this is. The sudden gains have almost made me give up and start binging before but you really need to stick with it.
Not sure what else to suggest really.

i looked at your food tracking, make sure to eat all your cals.but you can also play with them make days your going to need high days the days you eat all your cals and through in somedays where you only eat 1200.this might help suprise your matablism,it might be to use to what you are eatting cal wise or food wise.(if you are eatting the same thing day in day out .same goes for excersie change it up more weight,more incline and so one.keep on going your doing great.0

When I did the Chalean Extreme weight lifting program, I didn't lose any weight and actually gained a couple pounds near the end of the program. Afterward, I took a couple weeks off from lifting and lost weight then. I am not sure what caused that, but I've stayed in that new range ever since.0

If you only have 3 or so lbs to go, you should probably adjust your MFP calculations because you still shouldn't have a huge deficit of 2lbs a week that it created for you(or you set).. There are a few calculators websites posted that you can go to to calculate what you should probably start eating now to lose those last few lbs and maintain your weight.. (figure out your TDEE and subtract a small percentage from that)
Also another reason you are probably not seeing any results with your workout is your not fueling your body enough.. if those programs have a nutrition guide you should look at that to see what they also recommend you try to eat during the program period.0 -

Clearly water retention from starting a new program/wear and tear on muscles. They repair. You dropped the water weight.0 -
OP, track your sodium a bit. It always boggles my mind when people don't track it--it's in lots of things we eat. You eat pretty well, but just looking through, I saw salted butter and cottage cheese; think you'll be surprised when you check sodium content on those.0
