Fitbit to Withings scale
I have connected my Withings scale to my fitbit account but no information is going from fitbit to my Withings account. I have tried to connect it again but get a message that I am already connected. Anybody know how this works please? I am connected to other apps so I don't think it is a permissions thing.

Does anyone know if fitbit estimates your steps if you forget to wear it and if so, does this apply to all fitbits or just certain ones?

Is Anyone Else Still Having Problems Syncing With MFP?
It is 10 day since my fitbit did a sync with MFP. I have steps enabled on it. I have disabled steps, forced stop and re-enabled again. I have done everything mfp said to do and fitbit said to do in emails. After emailing them I have just had the standard reply and nothing more, so emailed them again. Nothing back yet. All…

Obese people losing benefits
How do you feel about this? One council in the UK is proposing this. I suppose anyone on benefits usually has the time to go to the gym and membership will be free but should we force this on people? What are your views? Edited to add Councils want to force people to go to the gym and become healthier or they loose benefits

exercise calories
Yes, I know we have been there so many times, but does being over 60 make a difference? I have tried eating my exercise calories back and I find I don't loose much weight , if any. I eat a few of them back on a regular basis and I loose weight. If I don't eat them back I still loose weight. Has anyone experimented with…

Is it possible to be a reverse anorexic?
Anorexic people see themselves as fat. I see myself as smaller than I am. When I catch sight of myself by accident I cannot believe I am the big fat person I am looking at. When I look at myself in a mirror at home I see a smaller person. What is going on here?
