My question is that most vitamins I have been on require 2 a day. Is there a difference if you take them both at the same time or should you take them at different times of the day? Proteins
I am allowed 95 proteins a day- I am having a hard time with this. Any suggestions of snacks without protein in them. I'm usually okay at breakfast unless I have a glass of milk. Lunch is usually turkey sandwhich and dinner of course varies.
