  • thanks- I have been logging all my food and have stayed within my calorie count- do you eat your calories you burn in exercise? I've been about 50/50 on that. I'm not comfortable with the calories they add for my exercise - I need to get my polar back out- I trust that more.

  • I just changed my workouts- I aim for 400-500 three days a week and 250-300 two days a week- I take the weekends off usually.

  • I am so there too---- 3 days of kinda of tracking food and no exercise. I just got off the ellipitcal and it feels so good. Just get back on it tommorow and everthing will fall in place again. I had to throw away all the leftover pies- no will power.

  • I weigh in every Friday. I do use the wii about 3-4 times a week but don't really pay attention to that- it almost always shows a gain sometime during the week but by Friday I have lost weight every week so far.

  • I too would let him pick- you can always do some research on internet and find what you can eat there- I have even emailed Happy joes when I couldn't find the info I wanted and they emailed me back that same day with my info.
  • We were potato people all the way- at least 3-4 times a week- now we eat sweet potatoes only once a week at least- we just love them- have even tried the sweet potato fries from Schwans. I use a little butter and lots of cinnamon- yummy yummy
