Healthy Breakfast Ideas?

As a college student and a runner, I have been grabbing a protein bar (TONS of cals!) or some sugary cereal, or skipping breakfast altogether. None of these options are healthy, and I'm looking for easy breakfast ideas that are super healthy. :) Preferably under 300 cals. Ideas?

    Since I have to watch my cholesterol oatmeal is a basic breakfast for me. I have been doing the quaker instant packets and usually add banana's so that helps me get in a fruit also- it doesn't seem like alot when you make it but it does fill you up. I also like to do an english muffin (multi grain) with just a little butter.

    Fried egg sandwich(1 egg, 1 slice of cheese on a toasted 100 calorie Sandwich thin)

    Frozen wheat waffles with a little low sugar jelly.
    Kashi cereal or Kashi bars are not as sugary as some other brands.
