    Good to hear. I've been doing the last chance work out dvd's on and off and it has kicked my butt!!!

    This is on my Christmas list- there are two out isn't there?? I think the challenge is the newest one. Wonder what the difference is between them. Right now I do the Wii Fit exercises but I now have a elliptical and bowflex so may back off of these.
