activity level
I'm still having trouble figuring my out my activity level. I walk about 5 miles at a decent clip, 5 days a week. I also do some other exercise - yoga, tai chi, stretch/weights/ or light aerobics - 5 days a week (only one, sometimes 2 classes a day. ) These classes are all kind of light, designed for active seniors. calories burned when walking?
I try to walk 5 miles a day. All the data base on mfp asks for is distance and time. So if I walk 5 miles in 80 minutes (16 minute miles) it says I burn 322 calories. But if I'm lazy and it takes me 100 minutes (20 minute miles), I burn 422 calories. Is that right? Doesn't the intensity make a difference in calories?

This program seems to work with measured quantities only. For instance, I wanted to enter 1 oz. of oat bran. It only gave choices of cups, so I tried to enter my own. But…

tracker question
I take a Strength & Stamina Training class for 1 1/2 hours, a couple of times a week. We use light weights. Is there an easy way to enter this on the exercise tracker? I couldn't possible enter (remember) each exercise. It's definitely not cardio.
