I never feel physical hunger.

That absolutely does not mean I don't want to eat all the time. I just never get any physical indicator. I even did an experiment a few weeks ago, and tried not to eat until I got hungry and I went about 24 hours without feeling anything. I looked for feelings in my stomach as well as headaches or weakness - nothing. I finally ate because I wanted to - let's face it - I love to eat. And then of course, once I started I couldn't stop eating.

I also rarely get a full feeling, even after a huge binge. This makes it very hard to know when to start and when do stop. I do weigh my food and have for years. I wonder if that could have contributed to this problem.

Does anyone relate? I am an overeater so I assume I've really created havoc on my digestive system.

Hi, I do get hungry but I don't get full that often. I ate 2 medium thin crust pizzas from dominos and an order of parmesan bites and I could have eaten more. Thats a big problem with me. I have no shut off valve. I think its because of all of the dieting I did throughout the years have stretched my stomach so it doesn't matter how much I eat.
