calories burned when walking?

I try to walk 5 miles a day. All the data base on mfp asks for is distance and time. So if I walk 5 miles in 80 minutes (16 minute miles) it says I burn 322 calories. But if I'm lazy and it takes me 100 minutes (20 minute miles), I burn 422 calories. Is that right? Doesn't the intensity make a difference in calories?

Get a Fitbit - it's advertise under tools on the MFP menu and I got mine through Amazon because Fitbit is backordered The fitbit meaures steps,, not speed, gives you calorie count, counts flights of staires and it syncs with MFP to let you know how many calories are being counted.0
