What am I doing wrong????
I have been tracking calories and working out for 7 weeks. The first 2 weeks Iost 2 lbs. and then in the next 3 weeks another lb. After that 2 more. How much exercise should I be getting? I do cardio for 30 - 45 minutes 5x a week and strength training 2x a week. I burn around 300 calories a day. Brown Rice Recipes
