Woring out when you are sore

Do you workout when you are sore from the previous day? I mean really really sore? I did a bunch of squats and other weight training things yesterday and got up really sore today. I decided to hit the gym (work through the pain) and did a step class this morning. I loved it and want to go again tomorrow but my legs are so sore! I can barely sit down or get up, it hurts so bad.

Should I continue to work out every day or take a break? If I take a break for how long - a day? 2?

Maybe take a day off from legs and work arms and abs for a day....

yep i work out when sore..

soreness isn't a legitimate excuse for me to skip a workout. i suck it up and get the work done.

i only get sore after a lifting session, so since i do full body compound lifts, i dont do any lifting the next day. i will do cardio or cardio and yoga.
