I got off MFP for several months and tried some different things. I am back about 10-15 lbs heavier. I would love for anyone to add me and let's motivate each other! My immediate goal is to lose 5 lbs in October, 5 more in November and 5 in December.

Have you ever read the book The Abs Diet? It is a really good source for what to eat and if you stick with it it really does work. Despite the title, it is not a diet but a healthy way of life.

Hubby & I have only been on 2 cruises. One with Carnival and one with Celebrity. On both we were allowed to bring whatever food and drink we wanted.
