Going Over in Protein
Strange question I think. I have gotten really good at my high protein foods but now I find myself going over the allowed 60grams. Is this going to cause a problem, I am staying within my calories, but I am going over in protein by up to 18 grams a day :( I do eat a lot of chicken, yogurt, and such. Thoughts.

Vitamins as Calories
I will do some searching on this also - but I have started taking several vitamins for my Hot Flash and also just a regular multi purpose but noticed this is adding up to 100 or more calories. Thoughts - do I count these as calories?
