Same old Story - But a different outlook

Good Morning -
So starting for the 10th time, I know I thought the 3rd through the 9th was the charm - but this time I got this going for me and I know I can do this the right way.
So I am up to 225 pounds - UGH and 5'6" and I am looking to get to 150 at least. I could not tell you when I was 150 - my ultimate goal is 130, but not even going there yet.
So what I need is just a couple of really good peeps that are willing to be friends and keep each other in check. If you are not into it right now I get it, its Christmas, but I really need a few people that I can keep accountable and that will keep me accountable - so what say you?? Can you be my new best friend? oh wait I don't have any real or fake friends, so do you want to be my only friend.

Welcome to MFP, Enter your food diary daily and keep tracking your calories, try to do small exercises. Keep active yourself. All the best!! Feel free to add me
