I am trying to drop 10lbs or 15 in the next 4weeks. I already do 2hra day w/breaks in between (I worked my way up to 2hr, started 4weeks ago doing 3o min a day) What else can I do?? Do you use the extra Calories from working out, that you have earned?? I am suppose to have 1280 cals aday, but since I worked out 2hr yesterday it up it to 2000 something saying I "Earned" extra calories to use. I didnt use them....I tried, but I was full...lol

Water do you have a day?? I do not like drinkng water at all! BUT since adding Lemon/cucumber to my water a few days ago I like drinking it now :-) I had to take a picture of my water. Yes I drink it out of a wine glass..hahahha
