Nectar by Syntrax. It's delish, and you can mix with water or milk. It comes in TONS of fruity flavors, is low carb/cal and has a ton of protein. I love it because I'm so sick of dairy based shakes. You can get a variety pack here:

If you are just starting out and trying to save some money, I would recommend buying Body Fortress Whey Protein. It costs $15 dollars at Walmart, and the chocolate flavor is my personal favorite. I mainly use it in my "meal" shakes, but it also tastes good with just water. If you hate the taste, you can try Six Star protein, which costs a few dollars more but tastes better. It really doesn't matter what brand you take as long as you utilize it properly in your nutritional goals, and if it tastes good.
