Shorties and treadmills
I'm 5'2. When I use my treadmill, I have it at a pretty low setting and I still feel like if I moved my legs any faster I'd be in a full on sprint for my life. I normally log it as walking 2,2.5 or 3mph depending on how close to death I feel I am. What would you log it as?

Today is a good day!
I officially am the "lightest" I've been since 2007! When I started MFP in Oct 2010, I was 242lbs. I went up to 260lbs before I started using MFP again in January 2011. Today, I weighed in at 241lbs! I have lost 19lbs and 18 inches total!

Low Cal snack ideas for road trip.
I'm driving/riding back to FL tonight. 10-12 hour drive (because we'll have to make a few stops for the kiddo.). I have a horrible habit of grubbing out on chips and crap like that when we go on road trips. I need some low calorie snack ideas. Something I can buy or throw together really quick.

I just picked up the Leslie Sansome 5 mile fat burning walk. It was EXTREMELY cheap. Has anyone used it? If so, what are you feelings on it?
