Shorties and treadmills

I'm 5'2. When I use my treadmill, I have it at a pretty low setting and I still feel like if I moved my legs any faster I'd be in a full on sprint for my life. I normally log it as walking 2,2.5 or 3mph depending on how close to death I feel I am. What would you log it as?

What about getting yourself a HRM? Then it doesnt matter what your speed is on here, you can make your own exercise!!! Im the same way. Im only 5'3 and I absolutely cant keep it at 4.0 or 4.5 for walking. WAY too fast for my little legs!!!0

I'm with you there! I'm only 4'11", and I have the same problem. I feel like at 3.5mph I'm walking as fast as my little stubby legs can go! It reminds me of the shetland pony I had when I was little, and she always tried to keep up with our big horses!0
