I officially am the "lightest" I've been since 2007! When I started MFP in Oct 2010, I was 242lbs. I went up to 260lbs before I started using MFP again in January 2011. Today, I weighed in at 241lbs! I have lost 19lbs and 18 inches total!

    WTG! Celebrate those successes. I love this section of the forums, 'cause we're all pretty quick to beat ourselves up when we fall off the wagon. Seems like we should give EQUAL attention to the good stuff too. Keep it up!
