I have been adding in my 45 mins of turbo Jam and it automatically adds up to 845cals...however...since calculating this AND making myself eat most of my supposed excercise calories I have not been able to lose any weight. Question - Must you follow the schedual plan? From what I understand reading the materials that came with Turbo Fire you must not do a HIIT workout every day - you have to give your body a rest. Ok Fine - But since trying a few workouts there are some I just like more than others - and somedays I only have 20mins to spare…

Has anyone tried Eat stop Eat by Brad Pilion (I think that's how you spell is name?). I like the idea of it as it saves a lot of time & I don't mind fasting...however it does go against the 1200 cal per day rule on a fast day so I guess it's a no no here?

Can you save calories like you save points on weight watcher
Can you save say 200cal per day say for the weekend?...(like on weight watchers where you can save 2 points a day for up to 6 days to "spend" ie. on the weekend)
