Is it OK to add extra airobic excercise to TURBO FIRE?

Hi there - new too TF - enjoying it but I have the time so I would like to add say 45 mins walking to the programme daily...what do ya'll think?

I think your extra time would be better spent adding some kind of strength training routine 2 to 3 times per week. Your body needs those lean muscles to get you through the workouts!
ETA: I LOVE TurboFire!! I use it as extra cardio when I'm doing P90X or ChaLEAN Extreme.0 -
Ohhh Ok...I don't have Charlene xtream or PX but I do have the turbo Jame set - would TURBO SCULPT be OK for resistance work?0

If you already have Turbo Sculpt then that's a great add about 2-3 days a week. Great job on surviving Turbo Fire.0

Turbo Sculpt is great!!
Also, if you have some free weights, you can make up your own strength training routine. There are tons of websites that will give you suggestions!0
