Hi - I think I know the anwser to this - but is it possible to lose more weight then recommended here per week through say 2 hrs excercise per day? - I am quite impatient and willing to work hard - any thoughts appreciated (o;

  • I'm sure it's possible, but not healthy. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, then slow and steady is the key. This is what I have always been told by health experts. Good luck to you!
