First day of challenge
Greetings ladies. My first day of the challenge was rough but i feel great! I did Jillian Michael's "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism' and it kicked my butt so I had no energy left to post. I didn't eat well though. I plan to work on that ASAP. How was your first day?

Venus Index
So I have decided to give the Venus Index a try. I am not sceptical. Just nervous about the reduced calorie intake. I am at home now and lounging around all day and getting fat so i need something to keep me focused. Anybody here wanna join me?

What about total carbs and sugar?
i noticed something today. I have been doing well with my calorie counting but my carbs and sugar are mostly waaay over the daily allowance. Can anyone say if this may contribute to the slow weight loss that I was experiencing?

NORMAL blood cholesterol !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So finally, after a 4 year battle, my labs were done and my cholesterol is normal. i have refused to take medication for my moderately high blood cholesterol and decided to make a lifestyle change. Thanks to God and to you guys, 91 days later it has dropped from avg. 5.8 to 5.1

Sugar - I have more than 36g everyday.HELLLLPP!!!!!!
Ok , so i have been on MFP for approx. 67 days and STILL, I have not mastered the art of staying under my 36g of sugar. I try not to have juice by replacing it with fresh fruit. I stopped losing weight in the last 2 weeks
Guys, I stopped losing weight but i just looked at my reports and realize that i have net calories averaging around 1100 calories. i am scared to up my calories as i don't want to go over. What shall i do?

NSV - workout record
