Sugar - I have more than 36g everyday.HELLLLPP!!!!!!

Ok , so i have been on MFP for approx. 67 days and STILL, I have not mastered the art of staying under my 36g of sugar. I try not to have juice by replacing it with fresh fruit. But, an apple has 16g or sugar!!! and lets not bother to mention the oranges and a good kiwi. So how do you guys do it?

Some days I go over by as much as 100g :cry: just by eating normal everyday stuff.
